WTW Appoints deLaricheliere to Leadership Role Within Financial Institutions and Professional Services

WTW, headquartered in London, appointed Alex deLaricheliere as Strategy and execution leader and banking subvertical leader within the financial institutions and professional services (FIPS) industry division of corporate risk and broking, North America (CRB NA).

DeLaricheliere has over 20 years of industry experience, most recently serving as managing director at Marsh. He previously served as a vice president at both Goldman Sachs and Chubb and as an underwriter at AIG. DeLaricheliere formulates and executes strategic initiatives while managing the division’s financial performance and defining the division’s overarching service strategy.

Risk Strategies Appoints Heron as National Real Estate Practice Leader

Risk Strategies, headquartered in Boston, appointed Marshall Heron as national real estate practice leader.

Heron has over 25 years of insurance brokerage experience, most recently serving as president at Insurance Group of America LLC. He previously served as senior vice president and real estate practice leader at The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, LLC; vice president, strategic lead, commercial real estate, at Lockton Companies; and placement specialist, property, at Willis Towers Watson.
