The household of a Texas lady killed in a January collision with a propane truck has filed a $150 million lawsuit in opposition to the propane firm and the driving force of the car, citing negligence and wrongful dying.
Nineteen-year-old Yuliana Castillo and her brother Jonathan had been driving on FM 2920 in Spring, Texas on January 8 when their Toyota Corolla collided with a Pinnacle Propane firm truck driving on the other facet of the street.
A lawsuit filed by Yuliana Castillo’s household in Harris County District Courtroom alleges the driving force of the truck, Daniel Dunbar, failed to manage his velocity when visitors was slowing. When Dunbar tried to cease, due to his velocity, he started to skid. Dunbar crossed the median into oncoming visitors, slamming into the Castillos’ automotive.
The Toyota Corolla spun counterclockwise into an adjoining ditch. Dunbar’s truck didn’t cease and went on to strike a parked industrial truck and trailer.
Yuliana was killed on the scene. Jonathan suffered whiplash accidents, a fracture to his humerus, amongst different accidents, the lawsuit alleges.
Florida Castillo, the consultant of the property of Yuliana Castillo, is suing Pinnacle Propane and Dunbar for negligence, negligence per se, gross negligence, survival motion, bystander declare, and wrongful dying.
